The Racing API Standard is the initial primary racing-data source. Attribution identifies the source and does not suggest that the provider endorses True Overlay, its estimates, or its subscription plans.

AI supplies an advisory probability component, structured reasoning, and evidence selections from qualitative form and comments. It also infers an early run-style category with a confidence label and explicit unknown state; this is not independently verified sectional or positional data. Bookmaker odds, numerical ratings, and connection names are withheld from the AI. Deterministic code separately derives the de-vigged market and ratings components, blends the three channels, then controls ranking, identity, evidence binding, price arithmetic, timestamps, and storage. Generated narrative and pace classification are interpretations rather than source facts, and every component may still be wrong or incomplete.

Displayed prices can become stale, may not be available to every person, and can vary by territory, account, liquidity, deduction, or commission. A market gap is a timestamped comparison, not proof that a bet is profitable.

The beta starts its public performance record at zero. Demonstration races, simulated histories, and earlier fictional ROI or strike-rate claims are not part of the production record. This ledger is controlled by the platform and is not independent third-party proofing. Conclusions should be based only on prospectively published and officially settled predictions. VALUE-signal paper arithmetic assumes one unit at the timestamped observed decimal price and applies dead-heat stake division; it is not a realized customer return and excludes price availability, commission, deductions, limits, tax, voids, and execution differences.

Bookmaker links remain hidden unless a relationship, campaign, jurisdiction, disclosure, and age requirement have been approved. If affiliate links are enabled, True Overlay may receive compensation after a qualifying referral; that relationship must be displayed beside the link.
